Merchandising
Merchandising play a crucial role in the life of all customer orders, ensuring from point of order, to actual delivery into customer warehouse, that the ordered product is correct to the customer requirements, and delivered on time.
This department has a staff of 7, with each Account Handler assigned customers they are responsible for to ensure a level of service that today's retailers and independents require. Each member of staff daily checks status of orders with factories, and reports to customers on the progress of their orders.

Quality Control Team
The Garment Technology team at Wilson Imports has a wide knowledge across all garment areas from
both manufacturing and retail backgrounds. They also have specialist knowledge of specific areas such
as Childrenswear and nightwear. All British standards are adhered to covering legal requirements,
fabric testing and product safety testing.
The QC team also work with SGS and ITS globally on fabric testing and inspection of goods. They are
all experienced in performing AQL inspection in accordance with BS6001. Whilst all goods undergo full
QC inspection before they leave our factories, we also carry out spot checks before they are delivered
to our customers.
